Warren Wagner grew up surrounded by volunteer firefighters. Family members. His best friends. Guys he went to school with. But one cousin in particular made a deep impression on young Warren.

He was in awe of the commitment, of the allegiance to the community, the willingness to put himself in harm’s way for neighbors, even strangers.
